That Impatient for Change Feeling

That First Step Forward Feeling

That Raising Hope While Raising Funds Feeling

That something’s wrong but not sure what Feeling

Suicide is a leading cause of death for young people in Canada. Jack.org is changing that reality by providing life-changing mental health programs to foster awareness, education, and support in communities nationwide.

Our programs are a lifeline for young people across the country. They normalize conversation, raise awareness, and teach young people how to get support when they need it.

No young person should experience ongoing feelings of despair, worthlessness, or hopelessness without support. But many do. Support us through fundraising, or donating today to show youth they’re not alone.

Too many young people don’t have the mental health education to recognize mental health struggle and seek support when they need it. We offer curriculum based resources for educators to change that.

This is not a site for personal disclosure of suicidal thoughts or behaviours. If you are in crisis, please call 988 or go to your nearest emergency department for assistance.

We Need your support

Young people across Canada are working together to own their mental health.

By donating today, you will show young people like Anna that they are not alone.  Help give young people in Canada the resources to own that feeling together.

“I really do hope we get to a point where people aren’t ashamed to reach out if they’re struggling.”
