Amy Wang

Toronto, ON

As the Be There Coordinator, Amy supports the ongoing evolution of our digital resource, Be There, through content development, establishing community partnerships, web maintenance and more. She’s a former leader of Jack.org’s youth network, and gained experience in our programs as a Jack Chapter co-lead, talks speaker and network rep. Some of her fondest memories include speaking on stage to over 200 leaders at the 2019
National Summit, getting interviewed on Live TV and the wonderful friends she made from across Canada.

After graduating from UofT, Amy first started working at Jack.org as a program coordinator and has been honoured to support some of the network’s coolest Chapters and speakers. Now working with Be There, she is
excited by the possibilities of bringing this resource to all individuals worldwide.

In her free time, Amy enjoys endlessly scrolling through TikTok, trying new recipes and occasionally making Youtube videos.

My mental health revolution looks like a world where people’s mental health needs are treated with equity, and all individuals feel supported and cared for when seeking help.
