Emily Zhu

Pointe-Claire, QC

Emily Zhu is a first-year student at McGill University, majoring in Psychology. She first got involved with Jack.org in her first year of CÉGEP, at Marianopolis College, and became a co-executive of the Chapter in her second year. Inspired by many of her peers who courageously shared their stories on their mental health, she is all about ending the silence and the stigma surrounding the topic of mental health. Her belief that nobody deserves to suffer in silence and her passion for helping others is what motivated her to become a Jack Speaker. In her downtime, if she’s not reading or napping, you’ll probably find her café-crawling around Montreal’s Mile-End.
