Katarina Kolobaric (she/her), also known as Kat, currently lives in Windsor, Ontario. Kat is in her 2nd year of the Master of Social Work program at Wayne State University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Behaviour, Cognition and Neuroscience from the University of Windsor. Kat is completing an Infant Mental Health dual-title program with her MSW and is passionate about working with young children and their caregivers in both Detroit and Windsor. Kat has been involved in the Jack.org network since 2018 in a variety of capacities. Along with being a Talks Speaker, she is currently a 2nd-term Network Representative and is excited to bring her lived experiences to this advisory role. Kat can wholeheartedly say that Jack.org has brought some of the best memories and friendships of her lifetime, at times when she needed it most. Kat is passionate about sharing her own mental health journey in the hopes that seeking help can be normalized for other youth. In her spare time, you can find Kat rewatching Friends, playing with her Australian Shepherd named Luna and travelling.
