Taylor McKee

Maple Ridge, BC

Taylor McKee is a first-year student at the University of British Columbia, where she studies Music and Psychology. She has a love for singing all types of music, with a focus in classical voice and choral music. Born and raised in Maple Ridge, she grew up struggling with her mental health. Once she began to open up about her struggles, she realized she was not alone and decided to take action. After receiving her certification in suicide intervention, she learned about Jack.org and became a Jack Talks Speaker. She has loved every single minute of it. Taylor recently put her passions together in a show called “Let’s Face It,” where she raised money and awareness for youth mental health through the arts. She could not be more excited to be Jack.org’s Network Representative for BC.  In her free time, Taylor loves to dance and re-watch the movie Pride and Prejudice.
