Highlights from #DoSomething 2018

#DoSomething is big, beautiful, simple, and made for you. 

#DoSomething is our free yearly initiative that invites groups, individuals, schools, and community groups to undertake small but effective actions towards positive mental health in their communities. You sign up. We ship you a #DoSomething package with all the tools you need to complete your initiative. You warm up the world. 

In 2018, 600 people signed up for #DoSomething and impacted approximately 82,000 people. 

The initiative begins every World Suicide Prevention Day (early September) and ends on World Mental Health Day (early October).
