Social media plays a huge role in our lives. What we expose ourselves to affects our mental health. So it’s important that we follow good stuff—there’s plenty of great content out there that’ll make you laugh, think, or remind you to be kind to yourself or others. Pick out a handful of these accounts and let people know they’re out there.

Ideal for (but not limited to):

  • Anyone active on social media
  • People with broad social networks who follow uplifting content
  • Folks who want a quick but effective way to help others with their mental health

Potential impact:

  • Increase in your community’s awareness of how social media affects mental health
  • Increase in your community’s knowledge of - and access to - positive influence
