Description: Get a group together and decorate sticky notes with motivational quotes, compliments and positive mental health messages. Post them around your school, community space, or campus - on lockers, classroom doors, bathrooms and anywhere else you feel people will notice them!

Objective: To create a positive mental health environment where people can see or take a note that puts a smile on their face and lets them know that somebody cares about how they feel. A booster for the day!

Impact categories: Attitudes

Target audience: Entire school/campus/community

Time commitment: 2 hours (write the notes and post ‘em up)

Cost: Sticky notes - approx $15

Human requirements: 2 people (minimum) but the more people you get involved the quicker you can write the notes!

Partnerships: No partnerships necessary but it could be helpful to include other teams/clubs/groups to help with preparation.

Promotion: Use the #DoSomething hashtag to encourage people to post photos of the notes they find! Tag @jackdotorg so we can share the posts, too!
