Fundraising Rebel: Jacob Halloran
"I believe that marathoning shares a lot in common with mental health. Both are bigger than any one of us, and regardless of any external differences, we all equally deserve to live with positive mental health. That includes access to appropriate resources and supports when we need help.” – Jacob Halloran

Jacob Halloran pledged a personal donation of $1 for every kilometre he ran during training for the Boston Marathon. Then he was derailed by injury. But like a real rebel, he didn’t stop. He continued training and fundraising until he had run his new goal of 2,000km. All those funds went towards Jack.org and Be There. Jacob, you’re our hero.
