Suicide is still the #1 health-related cause of death for young people in Canada. That's unacceptable. Young people are struggling in silence, and sometimes it feels like there’s nothing we can do about it. But we can. Change is possible when we all recognize our power to connect, to reach out, to speak up. Our power to #DoSomething.

#DoSomething is a FREE national initiative that invites groups, individuals, schools, and community groups to undertake small, concrete actions towards positive mental health.

Highlights from 2017

In 2017, thousands of people joined #DoSomething and committed to actions large and small for youth mental health. Once they committed to an action, we sent them a cheeky little pair of work gloves as a symbol of their impact.
