Register for Our Ontario Virtual Jack Talks Series: Presented with Hydro One

The first 50 people to register receive a custom self-care kit from Jack.org and Hydro One.

The Ontario Jack Talks Series, co-presented by Jack.org and Hydro One, will feature three live streamed Jack Talks presented by young leaders from across Ontario. This is a great opportunity for our community in Ontario to bring together their families and friends to dig into mental health and how to support one another through COVID-19 and beyond. Registration is totally free! And ALL ARE WELCOME, regardless of where you're from.

The Virtual Jack Talk features two trained youth speakers who use the power of their personal stories to educate people about mental health, how to recognize signs of struggle, how to be there for others, and how to connect to help. The Q+A will invite audiences to submit their mental health questions and engage directly with Jack Talks speakers.

Attendees need to register to join any of the sessions they choose. REGISTER BELOW!
