Join us for Jack Ride 2025

Ride to revolutionize youth mental health. Raise funds for young people to support each other and take charge of their mental health as you go on the ride of a lifetime.

Jack Ride is Canada’s ride for youth mental health.

Every year, thousands of riders hop on their bikes to raise funds for Jack.org’s mental health programs.

In 2024, our goal was to raise $1,500,000. But once our riders hit the road, they knew no limits, pedalling up a grand total of $ 1,631,454.

We couldn’t be more grateful. Thanks to their time, sweat, and zeal, our annual fundraising ride was a runaway success.

The funds raised have enabled us to continue our mission: empowering and training Canada’s youth to talk about mental health and learn how to support peers safely via programs that make a difference:  Jack Talks, Jack Chapters, and the Be There certificate.

Jack Ride impact

Since 2010, over 11,000 riders have biked more than 3,500 kilometres in 8 countries, rounding up over 69,000 donors to raise more than $10,000,000.
Jack Riders have empowered 300,000+ young people to attend a Jack Talk, focussing on the essentials of mental health.
Canada has the third highest rate of youth suicide in the industrial world and suicide is the second leading cause of death in young people in Canada. Jack.org is leading the way to change this.
