Join our mission to reshape the landscape of youth mental health across Canada.
Youth have a higher risk of poor mental health than any other age group. Many don't get the support they need and don't know where to start when "that feeling" of anxiety, stress, and loneliness comes up.
Jack.org is a leading mental health charity whose mission is to ensure that youth, especially those who have been systematically excluded in the mental health space, have the knowledge, community, and tools to protect their mental health and drive meaningful mental health change in their communities. Through its in-person, and award-winning digital programs, Jack.org delivers peer-to-peer education and resources to normalize mental health conversations and improve mental health outcomes.
Jack.org supports youth to take the first steps. We train and empower young people to create the community and space to support each other, so they don't have to live with it alone.
When you become a monthly donor you will give young people a lifeline by:
- Supporting ongoing programs like Jack Talks, Jack Chapters and Be There Certificate
- Providing steady, reliable funds for developing new, vital, long-term programming
- Lowering administrative costs so your gift can go further to make an even bigger impact
One of the most powerful ways you can make a difference in the lives of young people in Canada is by becoming a monthly donor today.
