  • What is Atlantic Jack Summit?

    As the name suggests, Atlantic Jack Summit is an experience unique to the young people living in the Atlantic Region. The summit will address the needs of those in Eastern Canada with regards to mental health, and bring together the next generation of mental health leaders to make change now! Attendees will have the opportunity to engage with keynote speakers, participate in workshops and other activities, share insights and collaborate on real, actionable strategies that can span the entire region.

  • When and where is Atlantic Jack Summit?

    Atlantic Jack Summit will be taking place virtually this year on November 5 & 6, 2021. It will involve both a video conferencing platform and an event app for delegates to participate and interact with one another.

  • Will it cost me anything to attend?

    No. Thanks to our generous sponsors and donors, the summit is free for all delegates. 

  • Who can apply to be a delegate and how are they chosen?

    All high school and postsecondary-aged young people (15-24) from across the Atlantic Region (New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, and Prince Edward Island) are eligible. All delegates will be selected based on their application’s quality and their commitment to mental health advocacy. We are committed to diversity in our programming and will work to ensure a broad range of attendees.

  • What is the application deadline?
    Applications are now closed.
  • I have connectivity challenges or virtual accessibility needs - can I still participate in this virtual summit?

    Yes! Our team is eager to help accommodate any challenges that you may face in participating in this event. You’ll be able to discuss your needs with our team in the weeks leading up to the summit, and will cover any expenses required for your participation.
