Live in peace, knowing you will leave the world a better place by building the resilience of future generations to come.

Not only does leaving a legacy gift to Jack.org show your support for, and commitment to, youth mental wellness, but it also has several benefits.  Leaving a legacy gift allows you to:

  • Maximize the long-term impact of your gift by making a large and lasting donation of funs or assets you will no longer need
  • Benefit from tax savings, as your estate will receive a tax receipt for your donation which may provide substantial savings in both the year of your death and the preceding year
  • Enjoy the use and benefit of the funds or assets you will give during your lifetime
  • Most importantly, be there for Canada's youth long after you're gone

Ways to leave a legacy

Make a bequest in your will

There are three types of bequests to chose from, depending on your wishes.  Contact us to discuss specific bequests, residual bequests, or contingent bequests and the applicable will clause for each.

Give a life insurance policy

Making a gift of life insurance to Jack.org is a simple and affordable way to make an impact.  By paying a small annual premium over time, you will build a sizeable legacy to contribute.

Give a RRSP or RRIF

Giving RRSP's or RRIF's allows you to leave a lasting legacy and reduce the taxes owed by your estate.  Your estate will receive a tax credit for the full amount of your RRSP or RRIF donation, which will cut down the taxes owed on the funds upon your death.
