MTL au Sommet FAQ

  • When and where is MTL au Sommet?
    MTL au Sommet is a one-day event on January 19th, and takes place on campus at Université de Montréal.
  • Will it cost me anything to attend?

    No! Thanks to our generous sponsors, the summit is free for all delegates. This includes transportation to Montréal and one night accommodation for those who must travel to Montréal for the summit.
  • What if I do not live in Montréal?
    No problem! MTL au Sommet is designed to bring together students in francophone schools throughout Ontario, New Brunswick and Quebec. If you are accepted as a delegate and currently live outside Montreal, Jack.org will cover your travel costs. Keep an eye out for more information from us once you receive your acceptance!
  • Who can apply to be a delegate and how are they chosen?
    MTL au Sommet is Jack.org’s first entirely francophone youth mental health summit! We are accepting applications from all francophone students and young people under 26 throughout Quebec, New Brunswick and Ontario.
  • What is the application deadline?
    Applications for MTL au Sommet are due at Noon on December 31st, 2018. Applicants will be accepted on a rolling basis, so we recommend applying as soon as possible!
  • What is MTL au Sommet?
    MTL au Sommet is our first ever francophone Jack Summit! The summit will address the needs of Canada’s french-speaking community in regards to mental health, and bring together the next generation of mental health leaders to make change now! Attendees will have the opportunity to engage with keynote speakers, participate in workshops, share insights and collaborate on real, actionable strategies.
