  • What is Western Jack Summit?

The Western Jack Summit aims to connect young people living in western Canada in a brand new way; bringing together youth from the prairies and the west coast, this summit will provide delegates with an opportunity to gather together for the first time in history. We know young people living in western Canada have a variety of unique experiences, whether they live in urban or rural settings or anything in-between. We welcome all youth from this region ages 15-24 to attend this summit in order to learn from their peers, and leaders in the mental health and advocacy space, as well as to build connections and momentum in their advocacy journey back in their communities.

  • When and where is Western Jack Summit?

The Western Jack Summit will be taking place in Calgary, Alberta on Friday, October 28th and Saturday, October 29th. Delegates will arrive on Friday, October 28th afternoon and depart sometime on Sunday, October 30th.

All high school and postsecondary-aged young people (15-24) from across Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, and British Columbia are eligible. All delegates will be selected based on their application’s quality and their commitment to mental health advocacy.
