Jessica has been working in the non-profit sector for the duration of her short career and has experience in fundraising, youth and stakeholder engagement, and program management. She currently works as a Relationship Manager at United Way/Centraide Windsor-Essex County, overseeing their donor stewardship and engagement program.

She graduated from the University of Windsor in 2018 with a BA in Families and Social Relations and Psychology. During her time at UWindsor, Jess co-founded a chapter of Jack.org and was active in both on and off campus mental health initiatives and speaking engagements. She was a keynote speaker at the University’s annual Accessibility Awareness Day (2018) and through her role as a Jack Talks speaker, facilitated workshops at the Windsor Youth Social Justice Forum and OUTShine LGBTQIAA+ Youth Conference. She also supported the development of the University’s Mental Health Strategy as a student advisor.

Jess was a Network Representative for two years, where she represented Jack.org at the Royal Visit in Victoria, BC, as well as the International Association for Youth Mental Health Conference in Dublin, Ireland. She went on to become an executive board member for the International Association of Youth Mental Health, where she helped oversee the planning of the 2019 IAYMH Conference in Brisbane, Australia.
