Board Zach Pendley Chair of the Fundraising Committee Toronto, ON Zach leads the Real Estate Transactions and Valuations practice for EY Canada. As a Partner and Senior Vice President, he specializes in helping clients make strategic real estate decisions to address their biggest challenges. Zach has deep expertise in valuation, financial reporting and accounting requirements related to real estate, transaction diligence and sales and marketing activities. Zach has been involved in real estate transactions worth over $15 billion over the past five years for both private and public-sector clients. His global experience includes working across North America and Europe. Zach is a champion for diversity and inclusiveness in the workplace and in our communities. He is the executive sponsor of EY’s Unity network, the national employee resource group for LGBTQ2A employees and is proud to serve as a member of the Board of Directors of Canada’s LGBT Chamber of Commerce (CGLCC). He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Arizona and a Masters in Business Administration from Columbia University with Honours.
