Dr. Khush Amaria is a Senior Clinical Director at CBT Associates, a CloudMD company. She leads a network of clinics in the Greater Toronto Area and Ontario-based virtual programs providing evidence-based mental health care. As a Clinical and Health Psychologist, she's been providing treatment for children, adolescents, and adults with anxiety disorders, depression, adjustment difficulties, parent-child relational difficulties, and other health- and coping-related problems over the last 14 years at CBT Associates. In her past position at The Hospital for Sick Children (SickKids), Dr. Amaria served as the Team Lead for the Good 2 Go Transition Program - a hospital-wide consultation and program development service in the field of healthcare transitions, focusing on the needs and developmnt of adolescents and emerging aduls.

In her current role, Dr. Amaria leads a team of clinicians to provide effective- and evidence-based mental health treatment. In addition, Dr. Amaria aims to respond to the needs of the community through outreach efforts, including supporting parents, educators and caregivers on a variety of topics related to general child and adolescent development, mental health in children and youth, social skills and risk-taking behaviors during adolescence. She has been invited to teach workshops on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) for children, adolescents and adults to mental healthcare providers across Ontario. Dr. Amaria is also involved in supporting employers, HR leaders and their employees, in meaningful guidance and effective solutions for managing mental health in work settings via workshops, seminars and in-person training. 

Dr. Amaria is a member of the College of Psycholoigists of Ontario, Ontario Psychological Association, Canadian Psychological Association and as a credentialed member Certified Cognitive Behavioral Therapist with the Canadian Association of Cognitive and Beharioval Therapies (CACBT-ACTCC).
