Eleanor Buxton

Toronto, ON
Having recently moved from the UK, Eleanor is very excited to be in Canada and to drive forward positive social change with the rest of the team at Jack.org.

After graduating from the London School of Economics with a BSc (Hons) in Government, Eleanor completed the Charity Works Graduate Scheme. She worked frontline in social housing, alongside conducting research and completing an ILM leadership development program. She then spent two years in educational outreach, designing and coordinating programs to expand access to higher education with a specific focus on long term academic inclusion and on work with care-experienced young people.

Outside of work Eleanor enjoys exploring her new city and taking dance and yoga classes.

My mental health revolution looks like a powerful commitment to invest in education and services so that conversations on mental health are free flowing and deeply embedded in all communities.
