My mental health revolution looks like a school system where every young person has daily contact with someone they trust. It looks like young people believing they can take the risk to fail and know that the world will still hold them. It looks like deep connection and caring being built into our society at a system level. It looks like people who are grappling with mental and emotional distress knowing that they don’t have to hide.
