Staff Lauren Fox Toronto, ON As a Programs Manager, Lauren supports our team members who empower young people across Canada to break down barriers to mental health knowledge, services and resources. She is also focused on building out strategies to bring Jack.org to every corner of the country. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Film Studies from Wilfrid Laurier University. After graduating, Lauren spent a year in Australia working with non-profit organizations and a year in South Korea teaching English. When she returned to Canada, she spent over 9 years working with families around the world to help them to create positive impacts in their local and global communities. Outside of work you can find Lauren exploring Toronto with her dog, recording a podcast or attending live music shows. My mental health revolution looks like a world where no young person feels ashamed to speak their truth, and they know where to turn when they're in need. No judgement is passed and they're always met with empathy and understanding.
