Leadership Leticia Ferreira Director, Program Design & Quality She/her Portuguese, English, and Spanish Leticia identifies with everything Jack.org is about. Youth engagement kick-started her career, and she believes in the power that youth have to create positive change. As a queer, immigrant woman, she is acutely aware of the importance of supporting mental health. As the Director, Program Quality & Design, Letitcia is all about looking at new and improved ways to do programs that support our mission and vision as an organization. Leticia hopes we can get to a point where taking care of our mental health is a common practice and that people have access to what they need to support their mental health. Leticia can talk about coffee, food, dreams, and social enterprises for hours.
