Mandy is an insightful leader in marketing, communications, branding, market research,
thought leadership and government relations. Throughout her career, she has built and
driven strong teams, campaigns, and strategic initiatives. These initiatives include creating and leading programs focused on wellness, mentorship, and cybersecurity.

Mandy started her career at Angus Reid and Vision Critical, specializing in public affairs
and non-profit market research. She then established herself as an advocate and senior
leader at the Canadian Federation of Independent Business where she led marketing
and subsequently established a Marketing Partnerships Department. She holds a
Masters in Public Administration from the Johnson-Shoyama Graduate School of Public
Policy at the University of Regina.

Mandy believes passionately in advocacy for youth, particularly for those most at risk, and that its success is tied directly to listening, learning, understanding and ultimately elevating their voices in classrooms, campus, the public sphere, and at all levels of government. Young Canadians will forge a healthier and happier future for us all, through more open conversations about mental health.
