Sarah joined Jack.org because of our inclusive culture. She wanted to be part of a team that can learn and grow together to make a positive impact in the world of mental health. Sarah strongly stands with Jack.org's mission that in order to revolutionize mental health it is about giving youth the platform for action! As a Program Coordinator, Sarah empowers youth in Atlantic Canada to become confident, active, and knowledgeable leaders in their communities to tackle barriers to optimal mental health. She also provides youth with the skills, tools, and resources they need to set goals and reach them.

In her lifetime, Sarah hopes to see a world where the conversation around mental health is met with compassion, empathy, and zero judgement—ensuring everyone has equitable access to culturally appropriate resources and affordable mental health care. And did you know Sarah can talk about Toronto or NYC restaurants for hours?
