Leadership Trinez Abrahams-Alleyne Vice-President of People Operations Trinez joined Jack.org with the intention of "being the change she wanted to see in the world". She is passionate about amplifying mental health conversations at home and in the work environment because of her own past struggles. She was drawn to Jack.org because she saw it as an opportunity to work in an environment where she would bring her whole authentic self to work every day, and be met with acceptance and grace. Trinez enthusiastically leads the People Operations team with the mandate of ensuring that the organization is well equipped with the people resources and programs to support the strategic vision. When she is not at work, you can find her hiking through the Bluffs, hanging out in the city with friends - enjoying great food and even better conversations - or curled up on the couch binge watching Netflix.
