Jack Talk Speakers Talia Baker Chelsea Talia is a student at the University of Ottawa where she is studying to complete her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Minor in Asian Studies. She is passionate about mental health advocacy and breaking the barriers towards positive mental health. In her free time, Talia can be found writing songs with her ukulele or taking a stroll through forests and parks.
