When she?s not writing or fighting for things she believes in, Terra enjoys exploring nature and experimenting with different art-forms. She dreams of a world where mental health resources are abundant, accessible, and diverse. Terra hopes to use her lived experiences to encourage others to seek mental health support and education, as well as to foster change surrounding the state of mental health and mental health care in Canada.
