Ezechiel Nana

Gatineau, QC
Ezechiel, also known as Ez (pronounced Easy), is a young guy from Gatineau, Quebec. He's currently doing his 4th year in International Development, Globalization and Communications at the University of Ottawa. While being involved in other fields such as student politics, sports and community engagement, Ezechiel saw through diverse experiences the lack of mental health resources and the stigma surrounding mental health in a lot of communities that he was part of. He then started to think of ways to start the conversation in those communities and this is how Ez's involvement with Jack.org officially started in September 2019, as a Jack Talks Speaker. Since then, he's been advocating for Mental Health in BIPOC communities, the athletic community and also in faith-based communities. Men's Mental Health is also one of the fields that Ez wants to work on to normalize conversations on the matter between men. He's ready to take on all these new challenges as a Network Representative this year!
