Network Reps Patrice Cammarano Fredericton, NB Patrice Cammarano is from Fredericton, New Brunswick. He is a third-year student at St. Thomas University where he studies Communication and Public Policy, Economics, and Business. Patrice always strives to achieve big things as well as to make a big positive impact on everyone he meets. That’s why he co-founded STU Mental Health Society, the first-ever mental health society at St. Thomas University. As the Co-President of the society, Patrice has organized lots of events such as Elephant in the Room, Mental Health Trivia and Let’s Keep the Conversation Going which are all aimed at ending the stigma around mental health and at opening up the conversation, as well as promoting self-care. With the STU Mental Health Society, Patrice also raises funds for local mental health charities. Patrice discovered Jack.org a little after starting the society. When he saw the opportunity to speak up on mental health and to have an even bigger impact on people’s lives in his region, Patrice immediately signed up to become a speaker. He loved the experience so much he decided to become a network representative. In his spare time, Patrice runs competitively for St. Thomas University’s Track Team, he models, and he is always looking for a new challenge.
