In 2017, Healthy Minds Canada merged into Jack.org and started the Healthy Minds Canada fund, supporting Jack.org's efforts towards ongoing community mental health education across Canada. Healthy Minds Canada spent 35 years effectively advancing mental health research and education. Since being founded in 1980, HMC funded over $12 million dollars in research into mental health and addictions. They hosted well over 300 educational events in cities across Canada, and reached millions of people through awareness-raising initiatives. Jack.org would like to thank Healthy Minds Canada for their dedication, hard work, and undeniable impact in the mental health space.
