On March 2, 2018, just a few days before Jack Summit 2018, the Globe and Mail invited Jack.org's Executive Director Eric Windeler to contribute to their Leadership Lab. His piece opens with the line, "To effectively reach youth, put their voices at the forefront," and goes on to say: "Many organizations spend significant time and resources researching how best to reach the youth market – what approach, language, music, imagery will resonate best? It might seem simple, but from my experience, if you really want to effectively reach Canada's youth, you need to put their voice at the forefront of the conversation." Eric's life's work is to meaningfully involve youth in the decision-making processes that affect them. His article in the Globe outlines years of experience and youth-led impact. We're so proud of his piece, proud of what he does, and proud to call him Boss! READ THE FULL ARTICLE HERE.
