We’ll Own That Feeling

Young people live with overwhelming feelings of anxiety, depression, stress, or loneliness every day. We’ll own that feeling together so no one has to live with it alone.

Jack.org is Canada's largest network of young people supporting young people, we give young people the resources, tools, and confidence they need to start owning their mental health journeys.

We’re a movement for young people, by young people – because there’s no more pressing health challenge young people are facing than the mental health emergency.

The Wall of Feelings

A community that cares shows young people who are struggling that they’re not alone. Leave a message of hope for a young person in Canada today.

What you feel matters. What you feel is real. A lot of people really do care and I hope if you are struggling, that you connect with those people, possibly through Jack.org programs!

It's okay to feel this way. Life can be unpredictable, and you never know what’s coming next—maybe it’s something wonderful, something you’ve never expected to happen. Stay positive, and remember that you are not alone. There are people who care and Jack.org is here for you, whenever you need it. Take one day at a time, and be gentle with yourself!

You can fight through your anxiety and some things do make it less. Challenge it. I force myself to go outside and walk around when I have severe anxiety or panic attacks.

It is okay to have good days and bad days. You will get through those days when you don't feel like getting out of bed, going to school, talking to others. Remember to hold space for yourself to feel, name a feeling, accept, and move on with your day. If you cannot be there for others, you need to be here for yourself. Take good care of yourself. You are not alone.

Mental health is a life long journey. There will be good days and there will be bad days. But don’t give up. For the bad days make us appreciate the good days all that much more. I promise you the sun will shine again. I promise. Don’t give up. You are not alone. You don’t have todo this alone.

Life is a journey, filled with both good days and truly challenging ones. It's okay not to be okay. Sometimes, asking for help feels like the hardest thing to do, but please remember—you are not alone. We need one another to celebrate the good times and to lean on during the difficult moments. Take care of yourself, and don’t forget to check in on your friends and family. We’re in this together.
