Vivien Glencross
Vivien is an authentic, results-oriented, and creative fundraising leader with a proven record spanning over 20 years. During this time, she has excelled in building teams, developing strategies, securing high-value, multi-year commitments, fostering long-term and sustainable partnerships, and driving revenue growth. Currently, she serves as the Acting President and CEO at Jack.org, where she oversees all activities.
In her previous role as Director of Development (Corporate & Community) at UNICEF Canada, Vivien was a key member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT). There, she spearheaded several interconnected fundraising teams, including Corporate Partnerships, Community Engagement, National Events, and Licensing.
Prior to her tenure at UNICEF Canada, Vivien spent approximately nine years at the Heart & Stroke Foundation, progressively advancing through senior roles. This included serving as the Director of Development Opportunities and Stewardship, as well as the Senior Manager of Corporate Partnerships, Activation & Stewardship.
Vivien initiated her career in fundraising at the SickKids Foundation as a Development Officer, focusing on Partnership Events.
