Jack Talk Speakers Mara So Halifax, NS By day, Mara is a Lab Manager for a cognitive psychology lab at Dalhousie University. She graduated from Dalhousie in 2020 with a BSc (Hons) in Neuroscience and a Certificate in Animal Behaviour. By night, she crafts, cosplays, and takes care of her 2 year-old Golden Retriever named Rocco. In addition to volunteering as a Jack Talks speaker for Jack.org, she also volunteers as an EAL tutor for ISANS, and as a Crisis Responder for Kids Help Phone.
