Jack Talk Speakers Rachel Skinner London, ON Rachel is a local to London, Ontario. She graduated from Western University in 2022 with an honours Bachelor of Arts degree double majoring in Psychology and Criminology. She is currently working full time with the federal government. Rachel has a strong passion for mental health awareness due to her own lived experience. She strives to continue to educate others and end the stigma surrounding mental illness.
