Youth mental health: Recognizing the signs and finding support in Caledon, Brampton, Mississauga

Karling Luciani, Jack.org Network Member, and Erik Jensen, long-time Jack Ride participant, were interviewed for a story on youth mental health in the Caledon Enterprise. Karling opened the story with her journey as a mental health advocate, while Erik shared how his participation in Jack Ride helped people in his own life open up about their mental health. The story also featured local mental health support services in the Peel region. Thank you to Sabrina Almeida for writing this story and increasing awareness about youth mental health!
