Oh, the internet. There’s plenty of negativity on there but we have something wonderful to balance it out—Be There, a resource that teaches you how to give mental health support. It’s smart, it’s kind, it’ll make the world a better place. Seriously, it’s an amazing resource and everyone needs to know it’s out there. We know it can be super intimidating to help someone with their mental health, but it doesn’t have to be. Be There shows everyone how to give safe, effective support.
