The Story Behind This Initiative:

I’ve noticed that, despite mostly being at home, a lot of us are still super busy and we might not really know how others in our lives are feeling. So I designed this initiative to encourage people to check in, show they care, and promote the power of self-care to the people they love. An added bonus: doing good for others has immense benefits for our own mental health. So I hope the Do-ers on this initiative get something out of it, too!
Abeer Ansari designed this initiative and works to improve mental health in her community.
