It's time to #DoSomething

We've spent the past ten years working with young people to determine the kinds of initiatives that actually help them improve mental health in their communities. 

This year, we made some of these learnings and initiatives availablee to the general public. We put together initiative guides, resources, and supplies that empowered individuals and community leaders to stage simple but effective activities in their communities that could helpt shift attitudes and improve education around mental health. We called the campaign #DoSomething. We wanted people all over Canada to know they have the power to be a part of the solution.

Now we're publishing these guides here so they can be available year-round, in perpetuity, for anyone to bring some goodness to their own neighbourhoods. 

In 2018, 600 people signed up for #DoSomething and impacted approximately 82,000 people.

We'll release new initiatives every World Suicide Prevention day in early September.
